Tradie Lady Giveaway - Official Terms and Conditions
These official terms and conditions govern the Tradie Lady Giveaway, organized by Hip Pocket Workwear in Phillip ("the Organizer"). By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of all entrants to thoroughly review and understand the rules outlined herein. The competition will be open for entries between 01/11/2023 and 30/11/2023. Entries submitted after this date will not count towards the giveaway draw.
- Eligibility:
The Tradie Lady Giveaway is open to all individuals, with the exception of employees of Hip Pocket Workwear and their immediate family members.
- Entry Requirements:
To participate in the giveaway, entrants must successfully complete the following mandatory steps:- Follow Hip Pocket Workwear on either TikTok, Facebook or Instagram.
- Like the competition post (posted on the 1st of November) and tag a friend, the post can be accessed via the provided QR code. Each friend tagged gains one entry into the competition.
- Purchase ANY product either in store or online at Hip Pocket Workwear Phillip from the participating brands (Blundstone, Green Hip, Syzmik, Ugly Fish, Hard Yakka, King Gee, NNT, FXD, Pro Choice Safety, or Bamboo Textiles) between November 1st, 2023, and November 30th, 2023 and provide proof of purchase.
- Multiple Entries:
Entrants are encouraged to submit multiple entries (tagging multiple friends on the entry post) to increase their chances of winning. However, each additional entry requires the entrant to tag a different friend in the competition post.
- Prize Selection:
The giveaway entries will be collected and the winner will be selected via a random generator. The winner will be drawn on 01/12/23.
- Prize Claim:
The winner is required to retain their purchase receipts as proof of purchase. This receipt will be needed to claim the prize. The prize can only be collected in store from Hip Pocket Workwear in Phillip (The Paul's Centre, Hindmarsh Dr, Phillip ACT 2606) and will not be posted under any circumstance.
- Prize Details:
The specific prizes for the Tradie Lady Giveaway will be disclosed at the commencement of the campaign. Prize details are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer. In accordance with state law, the prize pool does not exceed the value of $3,000.
- Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified via direct message on the respective social media platform (TikTok, Facebook or Instagram) where they entered the giveaway. It is the responsibility of the winner to respond to the notification within a reasonable time frame (7 days) to claim the prize.
- Public Announcement:
The name of the winner will be publicly announced on Hip Pocket Workwear's official social media channels with an accompanying photo/video of the prize collection.
- Prize Collection:
Prizes must be collected from Hip Pocket Workwear in Phillip (The Paul's Centre, Hindmarsh Dr, Phillip ACT 2606) within 14 days upon initial contact. Failure to claim the prize within the allotted timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and another winner will be drawn.
- Terms of Use:
All participants are expected to adhere to the terms of use of the respective social media platforms used for entry, namely TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Participants should be aware that the giveaway is in no way endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Facebook or Instagram.
- Compliance:
All participants are required to adhere to the rules and guidelines established in these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the competition.
- Privacy:
Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used exclusively for the purposes of this competition. This information will not be shared or used for any other purposes.
- Amendments:
Hip Pocket Workwear reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to cancel, alter, or modify the giveaway, if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or for the best interest of the competition.
By participating in the Tradie Lady Giveaway, participants acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
